tearing off the bay window wasnt as bad as the boys had feared. it came off in big pieces and no one got hurt. 
that is except the top wooden rail! we spent the night with no windows or covering up. it was 50* when i got up in the morning to make breakfast!
lucky for us we were able to keep the bedroom and bathrooms heated. we fed the missionaries dinner on this night. good thing they had hats and coats. they didnt take them off while we ate. i personally had on a sweatshirt and two coats!we took the fireplace out of the hall. it was kind of HEAVY.
kellen pulled the chimney thingee off the roof. we all about wet ourselves when a 6 foot tall piece of pipe crashed down out of the roof. it managed to fall on kellens foot but at least it didnt take anyone out!
