How it happened.....

dad and i were driving back to st. george from the enterprise office and we came up on a car that was swerving all over the road. after a while i told dad to get a pen and paper and get the cars liscense plates number. at the ledges turn off dad told me to pass the car and he got the liscense number. as we passed we saw a rough looking guy with a little kid thats crying and not in a car seat. i stayed in front of the car but watched him through the rear view mirrow. he continued to swerving all over the road so at the first stop light in town i called 911 and reported the car. i stayed on the line and followed the guy, reporting his location as he turned. dad saw a motor cycle cop go by and i told the 911 operator. she contacted the officer and he caught up with us and i waved him ahead of me. he pulled the car over and then called for back up. the guy was wanted on a $10k warrant!! they hand cuffed the guy and set him on the sidewalk.  four cop cars showed up. i had to fill out a witness report and we may be called to testify. the officer told us the little boys mom was walking from work to come get her son. the officer also pointed out a red cup on the roof of the car. it was full of beer. the driver said he wasnt drinking it...he had poured it in the cup to LET IT BREATH! drunk people are so stupid.
