When i asked connor if we should have beef, pork or chicken for our sunday meal he chose...LASAGNA!! i boiled the eggs, made beef broth and the ragu sauce saturday night. this morning i made the pasta and then dad and corbin rolled it out while connor did the layering on of all the cheeses, noodles and eggs. it was yum!!! served it with apple raisin salad and sourdough roasted garlic bread :)

Sounds fabulous! I'm so impressed you make the noodles yourself. I wish my kids & husband loved lasagna like I do! They would NEVER request it.
